Microsoft internet explorer 6.x, 5.x and 4.x for windows:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click 'Internet Options' on either the 'Tools' menu (version 5/6) or 'View' menu (ver. 4).
- On the 'General' tab, click 'Delete Files' under 'Temporary Internet Files'.
- Click 'OK' on the 'Delete Files' popup box.
- Click 'OK'.
- Close Internet Explorer before attempting to access Monster.com again at http://my.monster.com.my.

Netscape:
- Open Netscape.
- On the 'Edit' menu, click 'Preferences'.
- On the 'Categories' list, click 'Cache' below the 'Advanced' option.
- Click on 'Clear Memory Cache' and click 'OK'.
- Click on 'Clear Disk Cache' and click 'OK'. (Note: Some versions of Netscape have only one 'Clear Cache' button.)
- Click OK.
- Close Netscape before attempting to access Monster.com again at http://my.monster.com.my.

- Then choose check box options on Cookies and Cache.
- Click on “Clear Private data now”Close that browser, open another browser to Monster http://my.monster.com.my.
